During your 30-day trial period, and for the first free year of support, we will be happy to render assistance by phone and email for your product's installation, tuning, job design, invocation, and remediation.
Training in the use of CoSort SortCL and other IRI software is available at IRI's headquarters for those wishing to travel to the Space Coast of Florida.
Training is also available via webinar or through customized courses at or near your location. Prevailing industry rates are assessed for this service.
