It is for the benefit of these users that IRI has developed a professional services division.

An IRI professional services engagement allows you to leverage more than 100 collective years of IT and integrated data processing solutions experience. Examples of IRI professional services engagements involve:

• Advanced SortCL, FieldShield or RowGen job design
• Data transformation and security process engineering
• Accelerated new feature development
• Special I/O procedures for pre/post processing
• Complex/custom field-level transforms or protections
• Converting legacy (JCL) sort job scripts
• Developing or debugging CoSort API calls
• Designing or modifying batch or shell scripts
• On-site coding, deployment, testing, and/or tuning

We may ask you to provide metadata samples so we can use RowGen to generate production-quality test data in our development environment if you do not have that tool already. Note that once your professionally provided solutions are in place using IRI's open-metadata-based tools, you are free to maintain and expand operations on your own, in perpetuity. You will not be at the mercy of consultants or software license renewals.
